The Class 3A #2 ranked Lincoln Christian Bulldogs overwhelmed the visiting Class 2a #2 ranked Beggs Demons 52-14 Friday night at Dennis Byrd Stadium. Drew Lancaster's PAT kick gave the Bulldogs a 7-6 lead.
Easton Rogers scored from 1 yard out to extend the Bulldog lead to 14-6 with 4:46 to play in the quarter. The Bulldogs capped off the 1st half with 9 play 74 yard drive when Brown found
Cam Dooley with a 33 yard scoring strike with 24 seconds left. The 2nd half was all Lincoln as the home team scored 17 points in the 3rd quarter and 14 in the 4th.
Max Brown led the Bulldogs by completing 14 of 17 passes for 184 yards and 3 touchdowns while also rushing 21 times for 150 yards and another 2 scores.
Dylan Baldridge led the Bulldog receivers with 3 catches for 90 yards and 2 touchdowns.
Lincoln Christian will play in Jones this Friday in a non-district matchup.
