Lincoln Christian Strength is built on the foundations of discipline, respect, and trust. We set high expectations and encourage our athletes to succeed in and out of the weight room. The strength program is designed to teach technique before weight and to help progress students from 7th through 12th grade. We endeavor to simultaneously strengthen each student outwardly and inwardly. Outwardly, we focus on compound and olympic lifts while inwardly, we strengthen through strategic and intentional mentoring.
