The Lincoln Christian School Bulldogs defeated the Locust Grove Pirates 68-19 on Homecoming Friday night. The Bulldogs improved to 6-0 overall and 2-0 in district play.

John Washington got the scoring started for Lincoln by returning the opening kickoff 95 yards for a touchdown.  The Bulldogs scored 61 first half points against the Pirates. The defense got touchdowns from Preston Whitmarsh on an interception return and Nate Ross on a fumble return. 

Max Brown completed 14 of 19 passes for 236 yards and 4 touchdowns. In addition to the kickoff return touchdown, John Washington had a 53 yard touchdown run and caught 3 passes for 46 yards. Easton Rogers had 3 catches for 53 yards and 2 touchdowns. Cam Dooley and Levi Conners also each had a touchdown reception. Kellan Fullingim finished off the scoring for the Bulldogs with a 4 yard touchdown run.

Lincoln will be on the road this Friday against the Westville Yellowjackets.
