Lincoln wrapped up a perfect two week stretch, as the No. 5 Bulldogs got two big wins in sweeping Cascia Hall and Bishop Kelley.
The Bulldogs swept No. 3 Cascia Hall last Thursday, winning 25-16, 25-19 and 25-15 behind 15 aces.
Then, on Tuesday, Lincoln went on the road and won for the first time in program history at Bishop Kelley.
The Bulldogs (13-7) won 25-17, 25-21 and 25-15 behind some strong performances.
Olivia Tucker had 14 kills to lead the Bulldogs. Emily Ingraham had six aces and also led the defense with a 2.8 serve receive rating.
Maleah Levell had 19 digs for Lincoln, while senior Francesca Rollandini had 35 assists.
"As a setter, this is the best serve receiving team that I have ever been a part of," said Rollandini. "It is super exciting because I am able to run offense with a fast pace and be creative with the plays I am running."
Lincoln head coach Deidra Rader was proud of her team's effort and the execution of the game plan.
"Their libero is going to Tulsa to play next fall so we did an outstanding job of serving and attacking nowhere near her," said Rader.
Jada Faulkner had seven kills for Lincoln and senior
Ellie Stine had six in the win.
Rollandini and Harlow Brown each had three aces to help Lincoln, as well.
The Bulldogs are at the Owasso Tournament this weekend and opened play at 10 a.m. Friday against No. 10 (6A) Jenks. Lincoln will take on Ponca City at noon and then face No. 1 (6A) Broken Arrow at 2 p.m. to wrap up the first day of action.
